To update on current policy, In case an employee works on Public holiday or weekly off, the employee should take a holiday within 7 days of working.
I want to know can a this period of 1 week be changed to a month? Is there a policy around it.

Compensatory off is to be taken within 3 days before or after the weekly off during which the employee has worked.
