Dear Sir,
Our Company,s regd. office in Daman and having so many offices in India out of tham two branch office (marketing & project ) are in Delhi.
Company also have own rules and regulations on leave, travelling, etc.
Is there any requirement for registration of (Delhi offices) under Delhi Shop and Establishment Act or Factory Act.
And which Rules will apply for calculating leave and others benifits.
Please help me.

If there are two branch office (marketing & project ) in Delhi it will defenitely come within the purview of Delhi Shop and Establishment Act and not Factories Act. Enforcement in Delhi is very strict.It is high time you go through the Registration process. Get a local Consultant to guide you in the process and compliance angle.

Hi, Registration is not required in Delhi under shop and commercial establishment Acgt Daleep

Actually, all new registrations under the Delhi Shops & Establishments Act has been kept in abeyance. This means that - currently - you do not need to register your Delhi office BUT you still need to fulfill all the provisions of the Act.
