Dear friends , I need help from you all experience people regarding HR Role. That from so long time i started doing job, i had done MBS in HR specialisation
but didn't having any practical experience in HR activities but now i started with admin coordination in one of the company & i want to do in Hr specifically so how could i start to do please help me .

Yes, i have done PGDMB and then after MBS( master in bussiness studies) is all syllabus of regular MBA studies but exumption of some topic either we follow MBA syllabus for our study, its name is MBS because its 2 year part time course conducted for working person those are not able to give attendance in day time so this course is conducted at evening for 4 hrs daily by Pune Unversity.
