Hi I am working as HR assistant in Recruitment Company. We have almost 150 Consultant working in client place. I am deployed at client place. For one of the consultant we had processed the hike last month. He is not satisfied with his hike he put his concern to us. After discussing with the management we had revised his salary. Still he is not satisfied with his hike. He is trying to call our recruiter and Managing Director without our Knowledge. He is not following company hierarchy. We have provide him verbal warning. Still he trying to disturb our team. Let me know how to resolve the Issue.
