My name is Manoj Kumar. I have recently got a Aadhar Card made for my mother. Unfortunately, the date of birth was printed incorrectly. There is no Date of Birth Certificate available for her (as she is very old and no DOB certificates were in use those days). I got in touch with UIDAI customer care and they told me that I will need a Date of Birth Certificate from a Class-A Gazatted Officer on his letter head to get DOB changed in Aadhar Card. However, I could not find a proper format on UIDAI or related web sites.
I would greatly appreciate is somebody can provide a proper format to me.
