Hello, For succesfully linking Bank Account to your UAN, KYC details such as Name and DOB should be the same.
Suggest the employee to aproach the bank and submit aadhar card as kyc for correction of bank details exactly as per Aadhar Card.
Once the new passbook is issued, you can succesfully link it via Member Portal.
