We are facing a Third Party audit from a reputed organization. They are asking for shift approval as we are running Four shifts (Shift A,B, C & General). May I know, what is the procedure for getting shift approval & from which authority it can be taken? Please advise in the matter.

you have submit form 11 in your local office(labour department). it is include all the information like how many shifts weekly off,etc

Are you registered under Shop or Factory ?
If you are registered under Shop , or having female employees working in all shifts then
Apply under Sec-30 to LC Chandigarh- with all following documents
Cover note requesting working in shifts with reason of working in night
Registration certificate
List of male & Female employees
Agreement with Security Agency (PASARA certified)
Agreement with Travel Agency with all guidelines signed by vendor
MOA of company ( Nature of work)
