Electronic industry is not an industry which requires the even the female employees to be engaged during night. It can manage with male workers during night. Therefore, you have to get permission from the Inspector of Factories and Boilers to engage women during night. Some industries like hospital where the engagement of women staff is mandatory to take care of women patients. Similarly, IT companies which work for other counties may have to follow their work schedule. These are exceptions.

Dear Smadan,
Why do you want to engage female employee in night shift?? There are lots of liabilities that you have to fullfill. So i would suggest you to do not change the shift of female employees. you can discuss with top management for the same and theres no problem you can easily manage with the men workers.
If you will change their shift (General to Night) you have to take prior approval from the nearest labour department (DDF).
