Dear KVE,
I have given replies on the training related subjects 'n' number of times. Be it Training Need Analysis or measurement of training effectiveness, I have given the replies. Why you could not get these replies that is not understood. Anyway, you may click the following link to refer my comprehensive reply:

There is no standard training process as such. The process has to be customised according to the requirement of your company/industry. Therefore, please reply the following questions:
a) What is the nature of your industry? What is your finished product?
b) How do you measure your customer satisfaction?
c) Have you conducted organisational surveys of any kind?
d) What are your present T and D practices?
e) Have you identified the direct and indirect costs associated with your business? If yes, then have you measured them scientifically? You need to address your training efforts to optimise these costs.
f) Last but not the least, your training process would depend on the training budget allotted by the management. Is your management serious about employee training or just wanted to pay lip service?
Thanks,

KVE,
"I'm expected to give a presentation on the Training & Development Process in my organization.
I searched citehr; however, couldn't find what I'm looking for..."
The key point in your message is "in my organisation."
We do not work for your organisation. We do not know anything about your organisation. If you find anything posted here, it relates solely to the organisation of the OP, which in all probability, will be totally different to your organisation.
You need to look at the T&D process as it exists at the present time in YOUR organisation and discuss that. If you do not have a T&D process in YOUR organisation, then you need to build one - or outsource the task to someone who can do that for you, if you do not have the necessary training knowledge and skills to do it.
Dinesh has covered the essentials. You need to put in the work now, and work out what the requirements of YOUR organisation are.

Hi KVE,
As you have mentioned that you are looking or training and development process . surely I agree with other people who have commented well as told you to explain if you are looking anything specific.
regarding your pre presentation preparation , I would suggest first you can cover the basics of T& D including the difference as per the requirements in hierarchy of your industry as an example . Then it needs to explain who and how departments can sort out as who needs T& D and of what, as well as to know their specific requirements . Must be followed by knowing need to know about your industry and the parameters and modes of performing the training i.e on the job or off the job methods will be suitable as per the requirements and the one being trained /developed . It follows with the method of analysing the same and getting their feedback . You can easily vary the steps and go with traditional steps too which you will easily find on google search too .
I WOULD SUGGEST IS TO GET IT CUSTOMIZED AS PER YOUR ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND PER YOUR INDUSTRY .
Hope suggestions will work for you .
