Hello Friends,
Am Kumar, working as a software developer having about 2yrs of experience.
Since last 1 year (July 2014) working in a startup company, so I got an opportunity in a reputed company. They asked for last 3 months (May-2015, June-2015, and July-2015) payslips and bank statements as well,
Issue is I got all the salary from July 2014 to June 2015 via Online Transfer, but only Month July-2015 was delivered via cash due some Corporate Bank issue,
Can anyone suggest me what will be the best solution to process with? Like how should I tell them that I got the last month salary via cash, am very much embarrassed about this?
Kindly provide any solution for this
Thanks
-kumar

Dear Kumar,
You can ask your employer to give you a salary certificate, stating that the salary was paid to you but in cash. The salary certificate needs to be on the company letter head with the signature of the authorised signatory.
