Dear Sunny Ji,
First of all, please allow me to tell that father in law's pension cannot be credited to his son in law's account. If the pension is not credited for last three months, please enquire whether they are waiting for living certificate. Every pensioner has to submit a certificate that he is alive, atleast once in a calendar year, preferably, in most banks in the month of November. May be your father in law has not submitted such a certificate last November so his pension credit held up. The concerned bank will be in a better position to tell you the facts.

Dear Kumar,
What Shyam Agrawal has stated are correct.
No one can withdraw the pension without any valid reasons.
First you approach the bank people and enquire about the Life certificate .If it is not produced sofar do it immediately.
The pensioner has to produce the delayed life certificate in person in the concerned PF Office.
I am enclosing the life certificate for your use, get the signature of the Bank Manager before proceeding to PF Office.
Best of Luck...

I fail to understand how you think anyone at CiteHR can help you in this matter.
You need to take this up with both the bank and also the authority that pays the pension.
They are the only people who can solve this problem for you.

You first need to download the existence certificate from LIC website and submit the duly filled in existence certificate along with the PF Pension no. mentioned in it and get it signed from the Medical Practioner (DOCTOR) and submit the same in original to The LIC office (Santacruz, Mumbai) {for exact location contact the Accounts dept or PF Dept of the company} donot forget to take the acknowledgement on the copy of existence certificate by the officers at LIC.
Contact the company for the follow up as LIC will send a letter to the company regarding the continuation of PF Pension of the employee.
This Existence certificate is required to be submitted by the PF Pension holder once in Three years if the age is less. It varies in case if the age of the Pension Account Holder is more.

Dear Viren Solanki,
Please check the details you have given.
Up to my knowledge, LIC is no way connected with EPS pension disbursements.
And also the Life certificate is to be produced once in a year, ie, in the month of November every year.
