Hi
I joined TCS as a Business Associate (Payroll of a Tata Group Company), but after joining TCS, on the very first day I got to know that I will have to work in an Odd shift from 2 PM to 12AM. As I am a girl, I am not comfortable to work in such work timings. So I stopped going to TCS office from the next day itself. My employee ID or Email id was not yet generated by TCS when I left my work. I informed the Company under whose payroll I was working, but they started threatening me. I told them that it was their fault not to inform me about the work timings, but it seems they are least bothered about their fault.
What I want to know is, as I will not be continuing my job shall I be blacklisted from TCS and all Tata Group Companies, or I shall be black listed only for the company under whose payroll I was working. Also what can be the other consequences I would be facing?

Dear Friend,
Hope you have got the offer/appointment after duly interviewed and you have accepted the terms and conditions of the firm..in case you have no interest in working in odd hours, better inform the authorities and your priority of working... this will help you in the long run..
