Will u accept the current offer or future offer letter?
Hi,
A candidate is appearing for the interview in TCS for Business Associate position (Resume Sourcing)
1.If the interviewer asks For EG: if you are selected (TCS) and received the offer letter and before the joining period u receive the call letter from another organization(wipro or infosys or sathyam etc.,) and being selected which one u will accept?
If you accept or reject the TCS Offer why?
If you accept or reject the Wipro offer why?

If I have already accepted the offer at TCS I would honour my commitment and continue with TCS.
If both offers were still open and I had to still decide I would examine both offers and then then decide which was most suitable....either TCS or Wipro.

Hello friend,
I strongly feel , please dont put any company names in this forum.Your question seems to be very tricky. If anybody answers to that, its purely biased one.
Consider the job profile first, then compensation. You know your needs and wish more than anybody.Decisison is purely yours.Nowadays job security is almost same in every companies.

Hi Gaayu,
I would advice you to go ahead with the offer which you have accepted and committed to join or else you can get black listed with that company and its sister concerns as well.
Therefore, always ask for enough time for you to think over the offer issued by any company no matter how big it may be.

hi,
here is a situation, we have offered one candiadate one month back when there was a requirement for the projects. in the last one month due to the change in the market conditions and we have slowed down with our recruitment procees.
can we revoke the offer given to the candiadte at this point of time?
is there any clause in the offer letter regarding this which may be mentioned?
is there any legal obligation?
