There is a 5years old employee in our company, she has resigned last week, as per the rule she needs to serve a notice of 1month but she is not ready to serve a notice, she wants the resigned on an immediate effect, when we asked her to do the handover process, she said I don't want to take anymore work pressure. Last day she suddenly fall sick, we had to admit her in the hospital, we called her parents and ask them to visit the hospital once but they refused to come, they were blaming the organization for her bad heath.
Can anybody suggest me what to do in this situation.

Based upon doctors report you can take action.
As far as her work goes,ask some suitable person to check and take over the files,property etc and make a official list which can be got signed by the lady when she comes out of hospital.
In some cases you can waive notice period.
The moment the lady gets discharged from hospital the company can think of accepting her resignation.

What is the designation of the woman employee? What kind of work she is doing? How many persons report to her? What about her manager? Did he do workload analysis of her work? Why she said that she is will not take work pressure any more? Do you have employee separation policy? Does she have job at hand or she has resigned out of frustration?
When you hospitalised the woman employee, what doctors said? What is the diagnosis?
As of now let her take rest. When medical authorities provide fitness certificate to attend duties then only tell her to attend the duties. In the meanwhile, start looking for her replacement.
By the way, parents have blamed your organisation for deterioration of her health. Their blame carries no meaning. Just ignore it. Be in constant touch with the hospital and keep yourself updated about her improvement.

She is working as a Project Leader, she is unable to deliver the project on time, when we asked her to handover the document and her pending work, she started complaining that we are giving her extra pressure. Her family is also blaming us for her bad health. Doctor report says that her pressure was low, due to which she fall, she got the discharge last day only, nobody from her family came, me and one of my colleague have done all the formalities. Her family said that we are responsible for everything, so we have to take care to her. Now in this situation we can neither release her nor we can ask her to serve a notice. Can anybody suggest me what to do in this scenario.

As she is at rest, you should ask her to come company and put your resignation (with immediate effect). Company can accept resignation with immediate effect while deducting her one month salary in lieu of notice period which she is not serving. Meanwhile ask her to handover all the project related documents to her in-charge or subordinate. And than circulate clearance form within company so each and every manager can sign it. Make her full and final settlement statement and ask finance department to release her all dues. Handover her FNF statement & acceptance of resignation and say GOOD BYE !
