Hi..sir/mam!! i got an opportunity as a HR(fresher) in a well known hospital. so my query is how much minimum salary they will provide me as a fresher? and what would be my responsibilities as a hr in hospital.. i really don't have knowledge what is the actual work is to be done there.. please reply..sir/mam...... thanks in advance!! :)

I have worked in hospital as an HR for around 3 years. As far as my knowledge is below mentioned will be your responsibilities as an HR :
1. Filling - Major work in hospital's hr department.
2. Issue ID cards
3. co-ordinate for pre- employment health check up / annual health checkup
4. Co-ordination in recruitment
5. Follow up for duty roster
6. Joining Formalities
7. day to day work
would suggest you to join if that is NABH accredited hospital surely you will have good knowledge about Audits.
