I am a fresh user of this knowledgeable, educational page. The admin is really doing an honourable job and truly helpful.
Well my English is not good! Let me say now something about my self.
Since one and half year I'm working in UAE. And in this period of time I worked with 2 companies. My 1st job I got with five star hotel in HR department as accommodation supervisor. I lost this job within six months because of my lack of experience. Currently, I'm working with a tourism company where I don't want to work. Truly I like to work with a five star hotel in front office department.
Well about my education I have stopped my study in BBA (honors) because of some reasons. I came to UAE. I have also done 1 year hotel management diploma.
Could you guys suggest me plz what I have to do?

To work in front office of a hotel you need to have good communication skills, politeness and ability to interact with guests.
First improve your English -speaking,writing etc.
Use your work in tourism company to learn interaction with guests, speak and improve your English.
Once you become confident and learn how to handle guests, probably you might get a chance to work again in the front office of a star hotel.
