hi
no contract employee can take treatment from the prinicpal employer insurance coverage
instead the prinicpal employer , can ask the sub contractors to take insurance policies in thier own company name and we could make a policy in such a way that the subcontractor can claim the preimum paid as reimbursement from us

I don’t think this benefit will be applicable to them. Yes..Once their services are confirmed as "Full time Employee" then you can enroll them.

Hi It is only the contractor should take policy for their workmen. Reimbursement may be made depending on the co’s policy Regards R. Rajasekaran

Hi, the employee is working in the organization on contract basis. The organization making payment after deduction of TDS as his/her fixed remuneration on monthly basis.
Please check the mutual agreed contract, and the same is clearly not mentioned the contracted employee has not eligible for any benefit other than agreed fixed amount.
Otherwise, attach his name also with the Employee Group insurance scheme, and can/ cn`t charge, his share of insurance premia as per management decision.
