Dear rajesh As per Labour will consider for 26 days only some will consider as 30 or 31 days but over all payment per month will unique if Rs.10000 per month as per labour 26 days Rs.10000/26 = 384.61 if 30 days Rs.10000/30 = 333.33
Salary will be same

Agreed with rajesh calculation will be done on 26 day instead of 30 or 31 days but forn the month of feb the days will be 24 instead of 26.

Dear Sumit
we will consider monthly salary as mentioned in previous Comments it divide by 28 for that month if remove sundays 24 days will be consider salary will be same as previous month. Only daily wages will differ they will get salary on daily
