Since you require all the provisions of the Act, you may either download the Bombay Shops & Establishments Act, 1948 from the GOOGLE website or buy a copy of the Act available in bookshops.

What exactly you are looking for, a Bombay Shop &. establishment Act or BMC Act?
If you are looking for a Bombay Shop &. establishment Act, you will get it from Book Stalls where Law Books are available. Labour Law Agency at Tardeo & Bandra Labour Court, Bapuji Book Depot at Parel & Mulund and many more places.
If you are looking for BMC Act, you will get it from Govt. Printing Press at Churni Road.
You need to see latest version / updation. On-line, invariably you will not get updated one. In Maharashtra Govt. official website you will not get it certainly.
