Dear Mr. Thirumeni Selvam,
- Have you read and understood the attached document?
- Haven't all employees signed this at the time of joining?
- Ask the HR Manager what is the link to these papers with that of the Diwali Bonus?
Make sure you clear the 3rd point with the HR and understand the appertures within them. Let us know then for the suggestions, as to his idea behind signing an acceptance of the same.

If you have not received an appointment letter, you will be in trouble - because ony those who have it will be considered as employed! Others can be thrown out.
The rules have been framed now because of the expected trouble with the Union. Is it a new factory? This kind of rules are usually part of the appointment letter itself and nothing speial.
But retirement at the age of 55? Too early. Specially if you are not doing physical work and manual effort.

Dear Member
They seem to a standard set of working conditions, however as mentioned by Rramxx, if you have not received your appointment letter then you may be in trouble.
Also I find Clause 6 to be unfair and disturbing. Can you get a clarification on the part of deduction of salary / wages under clause 6.
Further more whether you and your fellow team members are eligible for bonus as per the provisions of payment of bonus act. If yes then it becomes your right to get bonus. If not then it is the descretion of the management.
