Dear all Seniors,
I need your guidance on following
One of our company employee met with an accident while he was riding his motorcycle on the way to work. He is now hospitalized since three days.
1) Are there any liabilities on company in this case regarding compensation etc.

Yes, Jagat Kumar is correct...
If he is cover under the ESIC, then dont worry. but, if not, then, ensure that, he should cover under the Mediclaim & Personal Accident policy.
In case of non having the above policy shall be lead to come all liability on the company head & company have to bare all the cost occure during the his treatment.

if he covered under ESI apply for that. if he did’t covered compensation act will apply ( means all expenses you have to bare)

CTC means cost to company
Basic salary means Basic +DA(Basic is fixed by State government)
Gross salary means Basic+DA+HRA+Medica+LTA etc
Net salary means after deducting PF and PT(If salary is above 10000 rs) from gross salary.
Net salary is also called as Take home salary.
