Dear Seniors,
I have an employee who has joined the organisation a month back. He seems to be very casual about the discipline of the company. He was found not be observing the dress code, after 2-3 verbal warnings from different persons, he started following the dress code. Now it is the Office Reporting Time. What is the best way in which I could warn him about his late coming and yet not be too strict for the first warning, as I want to take some serious actions on it after this warning, if he stills continues with his routine.
Please give me your valuable suggestions Seniors.

Hi,
With regards to your query i would suggest you to try to find out the reason for late coming by him. you can also deduct the leaves from his account ,if comes late more than 03 times in a month as u said you have already given him warnings.

deterrent action is required for intentionally erring employees. As said by Supriya, salary cut is one action. Issue him a memo for disciplinary action and record for considering in annual appraisals.
