I am working in Software Service based company.I have taken leave of 50 working days due to sickness. But my company doctor is not approving the certificates and medical documents I have submitted.
So my HR is asking me to write a letter stating that I was at fault and I have taken prolonged leave and will not repeat it in future.I have asked him about the consequence of this letter and he replied that as this is the first incident the company will issue me warning letter only. But I am not sure about it.Also I will mention that I am under a bond period of 2 year owing to an amount of 50000 .Please suggest
i)Are they going to take this letter and use it to ask for resignation?
ii)Will they mention it in my experience/relieving letter?
iii)What if I stick to my medical reasons and refuse to write the letter?

You may consider of writing a communication to company that you are prepared to do work for company for an additional
period of 50 days (which you availed due to sickness), after expiry of your bond period.
See what would be stand of management.
With best wishes

Thanks for the reply.
But while on leave I got a show cause letter .So,I reported back after getting well.As the doctor is not accepting my medical documents the HR personnel is asking me to write the letter stating that I was at fault and I have taken prolonged leave and will not repeat it in future
and said that as this is the first incident so the company will issue me warning letter only.I am not sure whether to write that letter and if I do not write that letter then also the matter is not moving forward .As of now my pay is stopped and I have to regularly meet the HR personnel.
I have discussed this with other colleagues and I have got mixed views. Some are saying that after getting the letter HR might put blame on me and can fire me from the job Please reply and help me out
