A half monthly installment equal to 25 % of the monthly wages As one of our worker got Injury temporary disablement and got injury and not report for duty 89 days his salary per day Rs 185/ and average salary comes to Rs 185/- per day , kindly calculate the wages for absent for 89 days please .

Can't you calculate 25% of 185 and multiply it by number of days?
Compensation for the first 14 days =25% of 185 x 14
Compensation for the remaining period=50% of 185 x 75

Dear Sir,
We have SBI General Insurance Policy its cover full Workmens Compensation Act 1923 & its amendment as Employee Compensation Act 2009 according to they have calculated claim for absent 89 days (Temporary disablement Calculation sheet attached herewith please. ) Kindly perusal and intimate its calculation are correct or not .

Dear Sir,
As per WC Act for Temporary Disability period for Half monthly equal to 25% installment payment , whether after joining on duty disable workers can get difference wage amount for the said period or not. Kindly clarify the same

No provision for payment of difference in wages after joining for duty as per EC Act.It depends on Co policy. Varghese Mathew 09961266966
