Dear All,
Please let me know, Appraisal calculation of an employee, which is due from 1st Sep. 2011 to 1st Sep. 2013(as per half yearly appraisal policy or 6 month PMS policy), his Current salary is Rs. 19,686 PM, company is paying him same amount Rs.19,686 PM till date, what should be the total arrears for 2 years, as per 6 month appraisal @ 8% increment on Current salary.. i have calculated already , but he is not agree with that.
Please let me know the complete and clear calculation of total gap (on 8% appraisal) on his current salary or arrears amount for 2 years.
Your response will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi
i have worked a calculation which has two options, go through the same and let me know if you have any doubts. Option 1 is calculated on a half yearly basis and option 2 is calculated on a yearly basis.

Hi
He has calculated the increment from the day one. So you can brief him that the eligibility starts after 6 months from the DOJ and you show the breakup/working what you with you for better understanding.

Hi,
This is not his first appraisal, he is old employee of our organization but due to some reason his appraisal was on hold for two years(that is a different matter)
now he has submitted the papers, his last was appraisal held on Aug. 2011(salary raised Rs. 19868 PM), from sep onwards, i need to calculate his total dues, company is still paying him Rs.19868/-PM (as per last appraisal on Aug.2011)
So from Sep.2011-Feb 2012
Mar 2012- Aug.2012
Sep.2012- Feb 2013
Mar.2013 - Aug.2013 (8% on Current salary)
I am requesting you, please share the total pay calculation, from Sep 2011 to Aug.2013.
your response will be really appreciated.
Regards
Dimple

Hi If his salary is revised during Aug 11, the consecutive 6 month (sep 11 - feb 12) need not to be calculated but have worked one more option and attached for your reference.

Hi,
Exactly i have calculated the same, but the employee is not agree with this, as per his..
from sep11-feb12 calculation is OK
but frm mar.12-Aug.12 company should pay him Rs. 21261 but he was getting Rs.19686/-
like: Mar12 - 21261
April12 - 21261
may12 - 21261
June12 -21261
July12 - 21261
Aug.12 - 21261
Company should pay him(21261-19686)= Rs.1575 with increased salary+8%appraisal amount
Kindly suggest , because he is asking for increased salary amount and arrears amount as well.
he is creating the confusion and making the things very complex.
I recently joined here, so the system is new for me.
this is request to provide your kind support on the same.
Really appreciate your quick response..
Regards
Dimple
