Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a HR professional carrying 1.5 years of industry experience. I am basically from Vapi and have done MBA in HRM. I have deep interest in statutory compliance and training and development field. I just want to know whether there are any good HR courses available which can help me to fetch good jobs...I am planning to lead auditor training course on EMS and OHSAS so will it be a value addition as its costing 12k per course???
Thanks and Regards,
Abhishek Rane

HI
If you are looking for a career in auditing field, yes EMS and OHSAS lead auditor course will help you. Also, it would help you to grow as a environment oriented person. So, decide whether you want persue your career into environment. Now most of the industries are concentrating on Environment. Secondly, you got a fix your mind to a specialisation and look out for courses available with various institution which will help you attain your goals in life. EMS could be as part of your agenda but not as core function.

HI
I think 12k is for internal auditor course and not for lead auditor course. I think the charges per course in 20k+. It worth anytime in your lifetime and add value to your resume and in professional life.
There are a lots of certification agency who conduct this course. Few to my knowledge is as follow
1. SGS india pvt ltd
2. TUV- nord
3. BIS
4. IRCA
These agncies certificates are valid across the globe.
