There is recent info from EPFO regarding PMRPY (Pradhan Mantri Rojkar Protsahan Yojana - Employer Share 8.33% will be bared by central govt.) - any body have an information about LIN number allotment and online application. I think PMRPY is only applicable for garments industry.

PMRPY is applicable too manufacturing ind registered under MSME
provided
1) employee is fresh employed after 01-08-2016, below 15000 and have no previous EPF account
2) form 11 and KYC is seeded with aadhar number/Bank account (use citizen portal of EPFO to make advance UAN)
3) under sram suvidha portal , LIN is alloted to the employee's
if above criteria is mached, the employer is eligible to file claim through PMPRY and will get back 8.33 percent of their contribution ( for textile sector 8.33 +3.67=12 % is applicable)

For LIN, you need to register on https://shramsuvidha.gov.in/home . Once you start creating a fresh account, they will ask for phone numbers, give the ones which is registered for your organization's ESIC and PF accounts. Then the account gets activated and the portal will pull details from your ESIC or PF account. You have to link multiple ESIC and PF accounts to this if you have any.
