Yes. It can be done only in case of termination of service for any act, wilful omission or negligence causing any damage or loss to or destruction of property of employer, to its extent.
I think, the querist wants to ask about major threads or fields in payroll. Answer to it: (i) input (ii) earnings & (iii) deductions.
There is no law which says that you need to pay HRA.CCA,Medical,Children Education Allowance except in some States there is a law of minimum HRA. You can pay all this allowances with no maximum limit.
