Dear Senior,
I need your help to draft a mail regarding the information to update our field managers about recruitment, joining process and induction.
As we are recruiting the field sales executive by using skype (Video Calling)& telephonic so we are not able to direct in contact to candidates so Managers should to verify the documents, take their induction and brief them about company and candidate 's role & responsibility.
For Recruitment, Manager took an interview first and forward the resume to me then i had taken the interview by skype and schedule further interview with Marketing Head & Manager HR.
If candidate is shortlisted then we sent the documents to candidate and managers should to verify the documents and induct to candidate for 4 days to brief about company, role & responsibility, market value, competitor 's information etc.
So please help me to prepare mail for the same with good format.
Regards,
Sagar

Hi Sagar,
The procedures you described are best presented to your Field Managers as a Flow Chart.
I have drawn up a simple flow chart for you to use.
Please feel free to make any adjustments.
I hope this helps.

Hi Sagar,
OK, here is an introductory mail:

The FM's will select candidates from applications and hold the first interview, if deemed suitable you are to inform the candidate that a second interview will be conducted by HR via Skype. Please forward resumes to HR immediately.
HR will conduct second interview and if shortlisted the candidate will be scheduled for a final interview by the Head of Marketing and HR Manager.
Where the candidate is successful all documentation will be sent to the FM for verification and to arrange induction.
The induction process will be over four days and will cover the following:
The Company
Role & Responsibility

I have attached a simple Flow Chart to help you understand the process.
