Dear Ms. Harinikumarhr,

It's never a late decision to any one starting with a career up in HR. Though your expereince might be in recruitments you may also do some part time HR course and refer suffiecient material to gain knowledge on the overall profile of Human Resources. Well, you need to cover the gap for your next employment without signalling trouble for human resources staff members and hiring managers. The wayout in swathing gap is by saying that you were self-employed. This avoids many queries, you may also include your recruitment sessions provided to businesses or clients you worked with, if possible, to add legitimacy.

Yes, you may also like to gain experience in a training centre before you join is a good option though. You may also have to focus on the type of resume -- a Normal/Chronological resume that gives more details on the experience and handson work done. Whilst a Functional resume is mended as one section has a short overview of your qualifications and skills, followed by a list and explanation of each of your areas of expertise. Under the skills and tasks column you have to include the part you have extended being duties as your work experience, also include dates that looks even more improved (grandeur).
