Hi
PF exemption can avail once Basic+DA more than Rs.6500 and that time we should get NON PF DECLARATION FORM from the employee for acceptance.
If an employee would like to avail PF benefit he/she can get the benefit .in case of further doubt let me know
Thanks

Dear Mathu,
If an employees has Basic + DA is more than Rs. 6500 then if employee & employer wants not to deduct his PF he can. The only way is to fill up form no. 11 & same is also intimate to PF office.

But keep in mind if any one is already member of PF scheme in that case >Rs.6500 can not be avoided Jagdish Yadav 9358147022 Mussoorie

I endorse the views of Mr. Yadav. In my view-
If a person was having EPF membership in his earlier employment before joining new estt., and has not withdrawn the benefits, then new employer is statutorily bound to continue his membership irrespective of salary limit in new estt.
There is no option to employee or employer for not continuing the membership in such a case.

Dear all My question is, as minimum wages in U.P is 4975(basic 2600 and D.A 2375) do we have to pay P.F on 4975 or 2600... please conform

All benefits like pf, gratuity and bonus accrued always on (Basic+DA) as always DA is part of Basic Wages and time to time announced/increased by the State Govt to maintained the minimum wages which affect by inflation.
