Hello Friends,
I am working in CMM Level 5 company and have 7 years of exp now, but while joining had 3 years of exp and have mention two companies from which first company has been closed and do not like to mention in my current exp.
My concern is, now I like to switch my job but do not like to mention closed company exp.So would it create any problem for me (now or in future).
Kindly give valuable suggestion.

Hi Amita,
There is no problem nor issue on this case(Only if you have reveling letter and experience letter with you) and if you join any other company then in verification process they will come to know that company is shutdown.
All the Best !!!

A firm closing down is quite normal in business. If you mention that , while filling your reference check form or share it while interacting with Hiring Team, it would be taken care of, right there.
Are you not willing to share the experience for any other reason , such as the role or the job content which is not relevant to what you are applying for ? If the reason is different from the firm closing down, you might need a different approach , altogether!
Looking forward to hear from you

Hello Amitacidic,
Like (Cite Contribution) mentioned, companies closing down is very normal, especially in the IT sector.
Pl note that 'company closing' is NOT sufficient enough for what you propose to do.
How long did you work in the First company?
Like (Cite Contribution) mentioned, was that experience different?
Pl elaborate so that the right suggestions can come from the members.
I am making a BASIC presumption here: that you DIDN'T fake that part of your exp.
Rgds,
TS

Actually honestly speaking that part of exp. is fake but in future while switch job I like to go with real exp. only. Kindly take it in positive way and give your valuable suggestion.

Dear Amit,
Glad you decided to put your foot down. Please remain truthful about your experience . You will always be hired for what you can deliver and not what you can manipulate around.
Continue adding value to each every firm you work for and build a time-tested credibility. All the best !

Hello Amitacidic,
Your candor is appreciable.
Pl confirm the durations you showed as working in each company ALL thru your career--companies shown in your resume AS OF NOW.
You DON'T need to name the companies [show as Company-1 and so on].
Rgds,
TS

I echo Sateesh! You have put your foot down, stay truthful ever after.
You will always be hired for only what you can deliver and not a flowery resume.
Continue add value to your employers and build a time-tested credibility. Wish you all the best !

Hello Amitacidic, Waiting for the details from you to see the best way to handle your situation — UNLESS you already found a way to handle it. Rgds, TS
