if you have just finished your studies and started working,
an free suggestion to be work for two years POLITELY with out day dreaming of salaries and Growth.
after 2 years am sure you'll come across of many problems and your way of solutions
at the same time you also will come across various job profiles.
like...admin, office boy, manager, marketing manger, accounts manager, lift boy, ceo, managing director, CFO, regional manager, head manager, customer incharge manager.
These all will give an idea about what you will like in future .
NOTE : Don't forget to take a decision based on what your heart says not based on how much salary you can earn.
Always give 2nd importance to salary

I really appreciate your reply. I have over seven years of work experience and close to 2 years od work experience as Team Leader for Call center. I wanted to switch to corporate sector and hence took this opportunity to become as an Admin Manager. I am confused as to which specailization to choose. Should i choose MHRD OR OPERATION MANAGEMENT.as i have close to two years of work experience in operation.

if you have time go to your institution and ask them SYLLABUS copy, of both courses.
if you go through you'll know your self what exactly is your like and dis likes.??
don't be afraid to ask all such material before taking admission, you have all the RIGHT TO GET INFORMATION.
i think only syllabus can remove big confusion, i can suggest you, but it will be of my fav not yours.
i don't know you like sweet or salt.
Today Education is slowly getting Nisch , every subject we can go study deeply or get phd on it not like earlier.
Do not forget to do some reference checks for the colleges which you are going to get admission.
if your dad has good money then go ahead and burn it other wise take a wise decision.

i suggest you to ahead with first one i.e. (Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) because syllabus is more relevant to what currently you are doing now
Have others opinion too, because after finishing course you should not shout at me and my suggestions.
IF STILL CONFUSED, JUST WRITE YOUR DOUBTS or Queries in paper.
writing it self will remove half confusion from you.
Good luck for future.
