Hi, A proprietorship firm has transferred its business to a private limited company. The proprietor continues as a Director in the Pvt co.
All existing employees are transferred to the Pvt co. Whether new PF & ESIC Registrations to be taken for Pvt co or proprietorship's establishment details should be updated by filing form 5A? Please help.

Proprietorship and private limited both are different identity and have different status, make query to concerned RO, if they allow to migrate, otherwise fresh registration has to be obtained in pvt limited and the registration belonging to proprietorship has to be surrendered, after transfer of the employees to new establishment,
total process is same in all departments, as all are PAN based registrations, including GST and Profession tax even
However the Regional office can guide better in these context and the advocate who made the memorandam can define the clause of migration
