Andy Pathak
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am staying in Thane in a rental flat since 2010. We have made third renewal notarized agreement on Feb-2013 - for next 11 months. In the month of April-2013 my owner has told me verbally that , he/she is planning to dispose the flat as early as possible. I say OK and requested the time period up to August end. meanwhile my daughter has applied for Passport, applied for MBBS competitive exams...... We three family members applied for Aadhar Card.
Today evening I got shocking news stating that, the flat is sold..... and the New owner is coming to settle down in the month of May end. In this juncture what I have to do- I am ready to vacate only after my daughters competitive exams and after police verification for passport ( all will be completed on or before 31st-July ).
Your valuable suggestions and legal parameters will be highly appreciable -for extension of period for another four months.
With Best regards.
Andy Pathak.

Dear Mr Pathak ji, pl provide the complete information with regard to the forms you have submitted to the respective departments, wherein you are required to mention present address and permanent address. if you have mentioned your current problematic address as permanent address then you are required to ignore the submitted forms and apply afresh. else you may request the new owner to provide time till the things gets cleared. I suggest you provide correct information to the departments so that the lifetime documents are correct and accurate.
