1. Get details your org machinery and product details, the consumption of time to making one product
2. Understand present employees , how they are working, be with closely
3. Get sales output
4.The spaces of productions department, future project details
5. Meet the other same organizations,
6. Present salaries details and trend of the same
7. co-ordinate with supervisors & Heads of the department
