Dear Ms. Nisha,
In your presentation SESSION I, you had defined training as "an act of increasing knowledge and skills of an employee for doing a particular job". According to me, training is a knowledge sharing session which helps individuals to fine tune or update/upgrade or enhance participants skills and knowledge provided whatever learnt is implemented through developmental process.
Indeed, your presentation is really good but, you could have shorten information to make it more crispy and relevant. Its just my views. Good Luck
with profound regards

Dear Nisha,
Thank you for posting the ppt slides. My main cocern is whether we are encouraging a dependency culture, whereby people are given help on-a-plate without enquiring what they do and why they are seeking help and what they have done to find the information.
I do not know why you had prepared the 3 presentations. I would suggest that you kindly see <link no longer exists - removed> The Transitional model consider the whole organisational needs.

Hello Mousimi,
Ms Nisha on your request has posted three presentations.
You can also find alongside these postings more presentations under
related articles and Down load threads.
These will be further inputs.
However you have to bear in mind the point raised by Mr Simhan.
Ready made solutions may meet our immediate requirements.
One thing you can do is after pooling all the inputs and adding your own
experience you can make your own presentations.
Later please do share the same in this forum so that it adds to the
Collection and there is a distinct contribution. Please think over.
