Good question from HR executive. For bank jobs in private & public sector induction method is different. Please check with private commercial banks to get into and for Public you may have to follow their standard procedure.

hi Rashmi,
Are you sure that you strictly want to move into banking only.If it is so, then umalme has proposed a solution for you. But if it is not , then you will have a lot many options, you can try for a company job in any of the sector because in some or the other way the procedure of Hr functioning is the same. and for easy and quick growth BPOs are a good option.
Moreover , now when you have got this much experience, you can easily go for it, but it is advisable to stay for three more months......
All the best....

You are quite right for I should stay 3 months more with current organisation but I feel like my all skills are not getting utilised. That makes me little indifferent or irritated. Could u plz suggest me something for how I can get job into banks. looking for more suggestions

hi rashmi,
I would say if you've been there for 9 months so why not for three more, if it is good for u in near future....
for banking, you can contact consultancies as I have seen that most of the banks hire through consultancies...
and yes, mostly they ask for atleast 1 year experience.....

Dear Ms. Rashmi,
This is Anantha here, working as an HR Executive in one of the Multinational Companies. I would suggest you go ahead in recruitment of candidates for banking sector in the immediate course which would eventually count on for your experience in a better way. Even I would suggest the same as Ms. Deepali suggested to stay 3 more months which would be a better platform to you to move up your career ladder.

Dear Anantha,
I really appreciate your suggestion but we are taking care of IT & fmcg co.s. But ya, I'm doing accounts, finance recruitments with those companies. Would that be helpful for me?
Thanks
