Hello All,
Could anyone please help me out with the Buddy system of Work as I am Planning to induce it into my team of 10. I am a part background screening company and I am entitled to frame a whole new work procedure, it is when I came across this Idea.
Can anyone give me a better picture on how I could start it afresh. How to bring in a strong bonding between buddies.
Thanks in Advance

Dear Harshal16, Thank you for the ppt attachment. It explains very well the concept of the Buddy System. My concern is whether such postings, as immediate responses, encourage a dependency culture.

Dear Simhan Sir,
I am sorry if i offended u with my immediate response.May be you are right, this might lead to dependency culture.I juz dint think it that way when i posted it and never thought that it is an in-deliberate contrast to your posting.I juz felt the urgency which i myself hv experienced smtimes when we are under a pressure to implement something..But next time will take care....
My apologies

Gr8 +ve attitude shown here by 2 members....we should learn frm them...as every thing in this world is urgent provided when we need them....but we should starve for it...otherwise we will nt realise the real value of this...if we spoon fed the needy ones then they will not understand the pain in making those valuable things for everybody....there is a saying..."unless the baby is not crying..even the mother don't feed her baby"...and also we should remember that the mother does not immediately feed her baby...she waits patiently and sees that whether the baby really needs to be fed or crying for something else....Tnx members it is good lesson...even for me too....my regards...Arminta

Dear Mr.Harshal,
The PPT on the Buddy Scheme was simple and lucid . It was so well sequenced and easy for a babe too to understand the concept..Kudos to your efforts!!!Am confident that even a lay person can get the feel of it. I appreciate the healthy discussion that went on and the wonderful pat on the shoulder by Arminta...That was a lovely way of putting it... AT the end, for a learner it was a good learning experience, with an additional bonus of picking up life's lessons so well described. Thanks a ton to Mr.Harshal, Mr.Simhan and Ms. Arminta........regards Dr.Malathi Shiri
