I was working with a top IT company in Hyderabad where I took the training for 3 months and after that reported office in Mumbai. However, after 1 month in office they started shifting me from project to project also forced me to work late nights without home drop facility. I tried reaching all levels of HR but they said I have no choice as a fresher and at last I had to decide to leave and come back. After a lot of written communication they finally released me and asked me to pay 50K as bond amount. But I raised a grievance against it and have received no reply from them ever since.
Now after 4 months I have got opportunity to work with another top IT company in India and I am not sure I should show my previous experience. I am joining here as a fresher, but please tell me since both these companies are registered with NSR, will there be a problem in background check with my new company? Will they anyhow come to know about my last experience and re-consider my employment with them?
I am really ambitious and excited to work with my new employer but also very confused and scared about previous work history. Please help me.

Dear Nikharm,
That situation is very critical as your relieving was not normal, as per company norms you did not settle the dues. Instead of settling bond amount, you raised the grievance against them, No employer would like to employ such employee in their organisation.
While you are going to join a new company and now a day employers do background screening in a very active & deep way. So hiding the previous employment would be harmful to you. Instead of hiding, you can tell them the truth regarding your previous employer that why you left that job & in what conditions (But hide that you lodged a grievance against them)
Its completely depends upon you to convenience them.
