Dear All,
I am not a HR professional.
I work in Environment Health and Safety, Quality Management and Engineeing Projects.
While auditing one of our associate companies, I could see a very good Flow Chart on recruitment process.
Attached is the same for the benefit of all.
Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir

A good attempt at representing the process in the form of a Flow Chart. If we add two steps viz. 1) Making a comparison chart w.r.t existing set of employees and 2) Salary Negotiations, the flow chart will be perfect.
Congratulations once again,

Good Sudhir,
Very helpful and thanks.
I have one question.
What can we do to ensure that the recruitment is a successful one ? I mean getting a right candidate that fits the company cultures and values. There should be a high chances that the prospect will continues to work on in a company. Some younger generation nowadays priority is only money and no sincerity in terms of building a career in an organization. Though they are intelligent, they are just transiting to fill up their resume and after a short while, their attitude change unpleasantly and leave the company dis-respectfully forgetting what they had agreed on prior to joining. Intelligent but lack of integrity.
Does any have useful advise to minimize such occurrence ?
Thanks.

Dear All,
Thanks for all the feedbacks.
ISO 9001 2008 talks on Process Management.
Recruitment is a process.
We can have similar flow charts for all processes in the business organisation.
Request all to share one flow process chart for the common functions like, Employee Training, Submission of offer to customer, order confirmation, Material procurement, Stores, etc.
This way it will become easy for all juniors to understand the system.
Request every one to participate.
