Dear Mr Mukesh,
It seems your orgainsation is governed by Shops and Establishments Act. Before framing any rules as to leave you must know the provisions detailed in this Act as to leave, because you can not make any policy / rules which are contrary to the prevailing law. Even if you make any contrary rules the provisions of the Shop Act will prevail over.

Hi, It may be diff. to orgnisation to organisation. and Leaves would be like 1.5 Paid Leave/ Earned Leave per month (18 days per year) 12 Casual Leave 07 Sick Leaves (Non ESI)

Can any one provide me leave policy ( format) for service sector company. is it different as per location. like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai , hyedrabad.
Or can we make a centralized leave policy for our organisation. our head office is in delhi.
