I m working with a MNC Group with 180+ manpower at company roll and all are under ESIC Benefit. I want to ask u in case of when employees smart card is missing by GOVT. Officer at ESIC Office, what should we do in this situation. Can we apply it again. If yes then pls tell me what is the procedure.
And second one is that i found that many employee go to esic office with their family for smart card snap, but after some fue days there is no data in esic office of that employee and refuse to make smart card.

Dear Uttam,
If your employees Smart card missing by concern office than employee has a receiving slip when he went make Smard card. so he will visit at R.O. or S.R.O. and show his slip and request for smart card, Deptt.will search ur card otherwise the will take a charge of Rs.25 to 50 and issued duplicate.
second if you are generate online TIC or update employees data by IP family detail option having login than employees will not refuse for making card.
