Dear All, Please help me in creating leave calculation formula. I joined this company as HR Manager, and here from first step I have to look out for leave calculation. Please help on urgent basis

there r three type of leave
EL- earn leave 1 on twenty working days for calander year
CL- casual leave 7 for every calander year
SL- sick leave 7 for every calander year
must be calculate on - salary/26*no. of leave to be paid

Thanks a ton Sir, but I want to ask, here I want to look out for attendance and leave both from October month to December month for 11 employees and here we are having 7 CL no SL and 15 EL..Please help

How can we calculate the total annul leave to know if employee has plus or minus days, I used to calculate annual leaves through formula to such as month days 28, 30, 31 and then multiply 2.5 and then something else to know if the employee went over the required annual leave or legible to take more days

HS this is totally wrong practices first maintain proper register for festival and holiday , cl & sl then u will b able to calculate it. in haryana u need for 15 and form B
