Dear All,
I am working in HR Dept., dealing with PF & ESIC of our Company. We all know that in case of death of a member, his family members get financial benefits. I would like to know if a member gets any benefit under PF or ESIC when his dependents (like spouse, child or dependant parents) die.
If yes, I will be grateful if anybody can give me clause reference

A sub-contract employee of our Main Contractor fell off the tractor he was driving, at the construction site of our factory premises and received injuries on his forehead and elbows. His co-workers (also sub contract employees) rushed to him, splashed water on his face, offered him water to drink. He was helped to stand up after which he chose to walk on his own and sat on a parapet close by. His co-workers rushed him on a motorcycle to get medical help but he succumbed to death on the way.
