I am a Graduate(B.B.A) with regular degree from IP University.
I am a fresher. I want to do job but I am so much confused between HR or Marketing to start my career.
Because what i have studied about marketing is totally different in job. Marketing is same as sales and HR at entry level is all about consultant. I have interest in both marketing and sales.
Which one is best HR or Marketing plz tell me. my resume is also attached

Dear Saifi,
Marketing and HR requires different kind of skill set. In case you feel that you have skills to sale a product of service then in long run it will give you good career and money.
Similarly, HR has emerged as an valued career option which requires different kind of skill set. So no one will be able to give you answer of your question except you.
So choose the best for you and stick to it.

Dear Saifi,
Please go to Marketing. Becasue good and quick growth based on your performance. Very important you can proof your skill by task.
Dont want HR. HR is High Risk job in India and always HR is hand kerchief to Management. If anything problem or isseus from mgmt that HR should be do that, if any problem or dust to mgmt they will use kerchief by HR.
HR is hand kerchief to Management.
Please go to Mktg.
best regards,
Shan
