as regards to the welfare of the employee you can collect a meagre amount from all your employees and it can be used at the time any important occasion, picnic etc. with an equal contribution from the employers.

The following are the basic requirements for employee welfare:-
Placing a cycle pump and maintaining it - if workers use bycycles.
Clean and purified drinking water provision.
If possible subsidised hygenic food.
Tea at tea intervals.
Issue of Uniforms including waterproofs if required.
School facility for their children and maintaining good standard in the schools.
Organising get togethers for knowing their requirements.
These all need additional money.
