Hi,
As per our factory policy, 3 Late and 2 permissions are allowed for a month. If workers are exceeding this limit, how much should we deduct as per the payment of wages act 1936?
As per the factory policy, we have to deduct 1/2 day salary. But is it is legally correct?
We are following TN Model Standing order only.
Please clarify. Thanks in advance.
