In April 2012 , my Permanent Staff has crossed 20 Employees , Like to know whether the PF applicability date ( i.e Arpril 2008 or June 2008

Hi
As your employment strength reached 20 on the month of April 2012 so it is applicable from April 2012. For PF it doesn't matter permanent or temporary employment. Even temporary employees are part of the company.

The day when your Employees strength increased to 20 PF Act became applicable to you, it does not matter that few employee were temporary or permanent or daily wager. For applicablity of Act all category of employees has to taken in to consideration.
