Lots of company is promoting this activities they combine experience and relieving letter together .
please inform me is it valid or legal to make experience letter cum relieving letter.
please provide me format of experience cum relieving letter also.

Hi Sneha Yes. That is possible.There are many organisations clubbing both together and issuing both as single letter.

Hi Sneha,
It is purely company policy & is not abiding by any statutory law. It is purely at company's discretion that it combines both and issues. Pl note that the relevance and importance of the document remains the same as if issued different. Just check that the DOJ, LWD & your KRA is mentioned in it; if it is so it serves the purpose.
Enclosing one for your reference. The print has to be on the company's letter head.
